11th Annual candle lighting “Remembrance Ceremony” is hosted by Catherine’s Cause on Thursday December 7, 2017 to remember of all those who were killed on Carroll County roads in the past year. They invite the victim’s families to attend. A family member may light a candle along with the investigating officer.
