Maryland Special Olympics Torch/Trex Run

The Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office is participating in the annual Maryland Special Olympics Torch Run with other Carroll County law enforcement agencies. Law enforcement and several of the Carroll County Public Schools support the life-changing work of Special Olympics by carrying the Flame of Hope from the corners of the County into Westminster.
