The State’s Attorney’s Office and the Carroll County Health Department will be presenting “Don’t Believe the Lie” program to the 8th graders at West Middle School. The program is designed to teach middle school students how to effectively say no to drug use and any issues that may arise. The program uses a video produced by the State’s Attorney’s Office and student interaction.
