State’s Attorney Brian DeLeonardo joins with Baltimore Carroll Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland present “The Opioid Crisis” panel discussion concerning the effects of the epidemic with the Maryland courts, families and friends. The panel includes: Steve Schuh, Executive Director, Maryland Opioid Operational Command Center; the Honorable Karen Friedman, Circuit Court for Baltimore City; the Honorable S. Fred Hecker, Circuit Court for Carroll County; Magistrate Wendy Zerwitz Schenker, Circuit Court for Baltimore County; Scott D. Shellenberger, State’s Attorney for Baltimore County.
