Where there is HOPE, there is LIFE.  Tim Weber, Drug Education & Treatment Liaison for the Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office will be a keynote speaker at Operation Save A Life, sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church Social Hall, 833 Deer Park Road, Westminster on Thursday May 4, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Prescription painkiller and heroin abuse is a community issue.  With wisdom, understanding how to help the community begins to grow and flourish.
