Starting September 1st, Carroll County will light up in purple as we join the national movement to celebrate Recovery Month. The State’s Attorney’s Office is proud to sponsor Carroll Goes Purple, a month-long initiative that brings awareness to the power of recovery. Throughout September, you’ll see our community come together as organizations, buildings, courthouses, the detention center, the Sheriff’s Office, the Westminster Police Department, and various spots throughout Westminster shine bright in purple lights and signs.

Recovery is possible, and this month we honor those in recovery while offering resources to those seeking support. Let’s stand together and show our commitment to a healthier, stronger community.
