Please take time to view the photo gallery above to see the amazing work performed by Carroll County high school students as part of our Drug Awareness and Prevention Poster Contest. Each student featured received $250 as a finalist, and were then eligible to be selected as the county-wide winner and receive a $1,000 prize. At the Teachers Award, we announced Samantha Williams from North Carroll High School the selected county-wide winner by our panel of judges! Her work will be featured in our upcoming drug prevention efforts.
