Prosecutor of the Year Award

On May 17, 2018, the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce hosted the 2nd Annual Public Safety Awards at Martin’s Westminster. Allan Culver, Circuit Court Chief, was named Prosecutor of the Year. Mr. Culver is dedicated to seeking justice for victims of crime in Carroll County, and successfully prosecuted numerous felony crimes including two murder cases last year. Congratulations also to prosecutors Ted Eyler and Courtney Colonese for receiving nominations for this award as well. Also, congratulations to all of the police and first responders who received recognition for their work in keeping Carroll safe as well.
