In recognition of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, the Bureau of Aging & Disabilities’ Long Term Care Ombudsman Program in partnership with Carroll County Adult Protective Services and Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office, will offer a special program to examine financial exploitation of older adults and learn ways to protect individuals from scams and fraud. The program will be offered at each Carroll County Senior & Community Center.
