The Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office and Maryland State’s Attorney’s Association (MSAA) are hosting the 3^rd Annual Advanced Trial Advocacy Training Program at the Carroll Community College Suite K 100 on November 13, 2017. The program is designed for seasoned prosecutors throughout the State of Maryland. The Keynote speaker is Mr. Roger Dodd from Valdosta, Georgia who is nationally recognized and is co-author of Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques.
