Outstanding Teacher Awards

The Awards are a joint program of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and the Carroll County Public School, organized by the Chamber’s Business and Education Committee and supported by the Chamber’s member businesses and Carroll County Public Schools. In 2014 the Chamber celebrated the 25^th Anniversary of the program. The Chamber selects Eight Outstanding Teachers annually and provides three Wilhelm Scholarships for teachers to use to complete Master Programs in teacher education or to attend training programs they can bring back to the classroom.
